from The Encore Casino under this agreement:

The City of Malden says “Please be advised the
entity in question, “Malden Community Fund”, is a non profit corporate entity that is not under the
control of the City of Malden.”

OpenCommonwealth has filed a Public Records Request with the officers of the Corporation today:
