Malden Provides SOME of the emails with The Massachusetts Gaming Commission.

#Public Records Eeeewwww! – PLEASE READ!

The Malden Community Fund, Inc. has been notified through their president and director, Maria Luise, Esq. that an appeal for public records has been filed agains them, for failure to respond to a public records request under Massachusetts Public Records Law M.G.L. c66, §§ 10-10A.

OpenCommonwealth commends both the Council President and the City Solicitor for understanding and contemplating the Open Meeting Law, Councillor Spadafora, clearly has not learned what the law is.

OpenCommonwealth wants to know why Toni Mertz has BOTH a Malden Public Schools email account and a City of Malden email account.
